To ensure safety, you need to verify your mobile number before completing the registration process and creating your individual account. You can also ‘Sign Up’ using your Gmail, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Microsoft accounts. One can create an individual account and use Apply Once portal free of cost.
Upon logging in to your account, you will get introduced to AO’s accessible Dashboard. In ‘My Profile’ section, you can add all credentials regarding your academic background and the scores obtained in Standardised English Tests that are mandatory for admissions in some countries and universities. As Veri Once is integrated with Apply Once, you can get your academic credentials authenticated with any of the three verification levels (Silver, Gold, Platinum). This delivers legitimacy to the documents, thereby making it easier for prospective providers to consider them.

On the same page, you can add your ‘Preferences’ like the Tuition fee range, cost of living, country, university, course, program type, etc.

Upon successful completion of your profile, you can use AO’s Profile Match Tool to identify courses with high success rates and varsities with a good reputation. As you start typing, you'll see a dropdown and you can select the name of your desired course and country from this menu. Education agents and qualified academic counsellors will help you with the application submission process and subsequently, you can check the status of the application in ‘Applications Management’ section.
Upload your academic documents in ‘My Credentials’ section and get them verified without any hassle. After uploading the credentials, fill in the required details and choose the level of authentication (Gold, Silver, Platinum). Once verified, the documents can be shared with institutions and employers’ any number of times. Strengthened by the immutability offered by Blockchain technology, the files are tamper-proof in the portal. In essence, this can be your academic wallet for life.
It is our mission to make global education affordable to all students. We along with our ecosystem partners such as Educational Agents and Providers deliver various reward programs such as promotions, scholarships, etc. to registered students on our portal. Every student will be assigned a smart crypto wallet to store AO reward coins (AOR) that they have earned or purchased through their activity on Apply Once platform. Students can use these coins to pay application fees and other related university services. These coins are earned through AO reward programmes set up by institutions and agents.
While universities and agents set up various rewards programmes for students to motivate them through their admission process, AO will provide opportunities for users to earn rewards in order to encourage the usage of AO portal for various admission-related activities such as sign up, referral, merits, participation, cashback on transactions & more.

All rewards earned are credited to your AO wallet which can be used for multiple purposes like paying fees or running errands on our portal. You can also transfer these coins to external wallets and bank accounts.

On the dashboard of your Apply Once account, you will find ‘My Rewards’ section that showcases all your active and complete rewards.
